It’s no secret that at B+C, we are OBSESSED with Halloween. Well, I come to you today bearing Halloween gold, a hilarious costume sure to bring all the laughs to every party you go to. Enter… Step Brothers! In literally one of my favorite movies to date, John C. Reilly and Will Ferrell really kill the comedy game. Team up with one of your BFFs and be the bros IRL by following a few, easy steps!

Look at the sheer commitment.

Dale Step Brothers Costume

“I’m Dale, but you can call me Dragon.”

To recreate Dale, I mean Dragon’s look, you’ll need a brown Rubie’s Costume Tight Fro Wig ($14); we found ours on Amazon. To make his infamous widow’s peak, draw an outline of where you plan on cutting. Use hot glue to create a seam just inside that line to keep the wig together after it’s cut.

Brennan Step Brothers Costume

For Brennan’s look, we purchased a blonde Rubie’s Costume Tight Fro Wig ($14) and lightly dusted it with brown spray paint to achieve the dirty blonde color.

For both outfits you’ll need light blue button-down shirts topped with David.Ann Argyle Sweaters ($26), one blue and one maroon.

The dialogue that happened immediately after this photo was snapped:

Brennan: Did we just become best friends?

Dale: Yep!

Brennan: Do you wanna do karate in the garage?

Dale: Yep!

This is one of our photographers, Kurt. He told me he practiced his Dale for weeks to prepare for this shoot. It’s very evident his hard work paid off — A+ job, Kurt!
