John Legend Got Chrissy Teigen a Christmas Gift All Foodies Will Be Super Jealous Of
Just in case you weren’t already aware of how perfect a couple John Legend and Chrissy Teigen are, we’ve got one more piece of evidence for you. The model, talk show host and budding chef took to Instagram yesterday to share that John had bought her the most thoughtful present ever: a GIANT wheel of cheese.
In a follow up photo, Chrissy gave a demo of the wheel in action and wrote, “If you haven’t seen one of these wheels in action oh man, it is a thing a beauty. Hot pasta is tossed around, gently melting the cheese and plated right at your table. It makes me emotional.” It makes us very hungry.
If you’re thinking this might be a great last-minute gift for the chef in your life, you’d best be prepared for a splurge. A Parmigiano Reggiano wheel similar in size retails for upwards of $700. Sigh. Looks like we’ll just have to wait for Chrissy’s new cookbook to find some more affordable ways to copy her decadent Instagram snaps.
