Christian Siriano Just Designed the Wedding Dress of Your Dreams
Leave it up to Project Runway designer Christian Siriano to design the wedding dress of our sartorial dreams. No stranger to dressing red carpet starlets, Christian’s latest custom-designed ball gown for It-girl Lydia Hearst just may be his best yet. During a recent takeover of Martha Stewart Weddings’ Instagram account, Lydia shared a sneak peak of her dreamy princess-inspired gown (albeit only in black and white) for the world to see.
While you’ll have to wait until Lydia’s wedding day to see the final reveal (including the color of her mystery gown — we’re dying to know!), the cascading layers of tulle and crystal embellishments as seen from the back of her entrance-making dress are enough to make us swoon hard.

Here’s one more snapshot of the blushing bride-to-be as she tries on her enchanting gown for the first time. Can you say sheer perfection?
Siriano’s debut bridal line for Kleinfeld Bridal is chock-full of equally DDG creations that would be perfect for your wedding day. (You know, just in case you decide not to go the custom-made route.) This lineup of dresses (and even a tailored suit!) from Bridal Fashion Week is proof that Christian slays when it comes to capturing intricate details, like pretty beaded clusters and next-level lace. We even spot show-stopping necklines in the mix — one of 2017’s biggest wedding dress trends.
It’s all about the twirl factor. How stunning is this off-the-shoulder white mermaid gown? Sign us up, please.
Gorgeous pink ombre gown worthy of a Disney princess? Don’t mind if we do. Everything from the elegant sweetheart neckline to the ballerina-esque silhouette is destined for a fairy tale wedding.
