Clueless captured the hearts of fashion experts everywhere back in 1995, and today, the film — and its bold, bright wardrobe — is officially iconic. Cher Horowitz(Alicia Silverstone) was a dedicated fashion follower, one who took the style game seriously while simultaneously having fun. It's no wonder she's still celebrated decades later. One place we never expected to see a revival of the Beverly Hills teen's trademark look, though? The Fall 2018 runways. Sure, everything old in fashion is eventually new again, but even we will admit we were both dumbfounded and overjoyed when designers from Versace to Michael Kors seemed to be paying homage to the legendary '90s flick. Whether it was intentional or not, bright-hued plaids, including Cher's signature yellow, were seemingly everywhere – and we think it was, well, so dope. Mini skirts, argyle, and knee socks were a staple of the style queen's closet. Long may she reign. (Photo by Paramount Pictures/Getty)
Versace sent a plethora of babe-worthy plaids down their Fall 2018 runway. Of course, the legendary label added their signature stamp to the look, in the form of black accessories and gold hardware. We think Cher would approve. (Photo via Catwalking/Getty)

Michael Kors played with throwback print mash ups for Fall/Winter 2018. The collection included a very grunge-era floral mixed with Cher-inspired tartan. (Photo via Victor VIRGILE/Gamma-Rapho via Getty)
Nicopanda seemed to get in on the old school action too. Pleated plaid? Check. Knee socks? Double check.
