Coach has been undergoing some big changes lately. Not only did the luxury brand buy Kate Spade New York last year, but they also changed their corporate name to Tapestry. Yet somehow the leather goods-and-more brand still manages to keep us on our toes with fantastic new collections and collaborations — just consider their popular Mickey Mouse line.
