Cole Sprouse Reveals the Most Romantic Thing He’s Ever Done for Lili Reinhart
Lovebirds and Riverdale costars Cole Sprouse and Lili Reinhart have been making our hearts melt with cute red carpet appearances and adorable Instagram posts since they first began dating in 2017, but they’ve just outdone themselves in the #CoupleGoals department.
Sitting down for an interview with Glamour to promote his new movie, Five Feet Apart, Sprouse was asked about the most romantic thing he’s ever done for someone, and his answer was straight out of a rom-com. “I really like the road-trip date,” he began.
“I took my girlfriend on a date where we drove to this location deep into Canada, and I surprised her with a big hot-air balloon adventure, which was quite a bit of fun,” he continued. “I like traveling quite a bit. I like road-tripping. Those grand experiences always end up yielding the greatest memories — and the greatest romances.”
The 26-year-old also revealed what goes into planning the perfect date. “My language of love is quality time,” he told the mag. “I’m not really the type of person that likes going to a movie and sitting in silence. Maybe a little breaking and entering! Some photography! Who knows?”
It sounds perfect — and Reinhart seems to agree. Speaking with Teen Vogue last October, the 22-year-old gushed, “I like to go on adventures with Cole. Truly, adventures. He takes me to places where I’m like, ‘How did you find this?’ He’s made me see these things that I would have never seen otherwise. It’s escapism, which is so beautiful and wonderful.”
