Congratulations Are in Order: Adele Is Reportedly Engaged!
Adele may know a thing or two about love, but her bae, Simon Konecki, has a few tricks up his sleeve as well. That’s why it’s no wonder Adele is apparently quitting touring for 10 years or so (*cries*) to be with their adorable family more often. It’s also why we’re thrilled to find out that Adele and Simon Konecki are reportedly engaged.
The father of Adele’s son and CEO of charity Drop4Drop, Simon has been Adele’s partner for more than five years now, but the two have been taking it slow when it came to marriage talk.
However, according to Cosmo, that’s all changed, with a friend saying that the pair has “decided it’s the right time to think about making that step.”
However, keeping with her usual style of protecting her personal life, we’re unlikely to hear about the deets or see much fuss. The insider assures us that “they won’t make a big song and dance about it,” and on top of that, we’re not likely to “see Adele walking around with a huge diamond on her finger flaunting it.” Fair enough, but still totally exciting.
