Start Your Morning With Cookie Butter Holiday Pancakes
Batter up! It’s pancake time. HOLIDAY pancake time, to be exact. We teamed up with Dylan’s Candy Bar to bring you the sweetest pancake recipe ever. We’re thinking these would be the perfect addition to your Christmas morning menu ;) Read on for the recipe.
Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the buttermilk, eggs, vegetable oil and brown sugar. Whisk.
- 3 cups buttermilk
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- pinch of salt
- Dylan’s Candy Bar Honey Graham Cracker Spread
- Dylan’s Candy Bar Vanilla Snickerdoodle Spread
- maple syrup
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the buttermilk, eggs, vegetable oil and brown sugar. Whisk. Add the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix to combine.
- Divide the pancake batter into three bowls. Add 1/4 cup of Dylan’s Candy Bar Honey Graham Cracker Spread to the first bowl. Stir to combine. Add 1/4 cup of Dylan’s Candy Bar Vanilla Snickerdoodle Spread to the second bowl. Stir to combine. Add 1/4 cup of to the third bowl. Stir to combine.
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Spoon batter into the pan. Flip the pancake when bubbles start to appear on the surface. Cook until golden on the other side.
- Stack your pancakes. Drizzle with syrup and serve with fresh fruit. Dig in!
