OMG! Destiny’s Child Reunites for Michelle Willams’ New Music Video
Remember that time Destiny’s Child reunited before our eyes during the Super Bowl Halftime show in 2013? Yeah. Minds Were. Blown. Well, folks who are looking for their latest DC fix will be Jumpin’ Jumpin’ (sorry, we had to) over Michelle Williams’ latest music video.
Debuting just this morning on Good Morning America, the video for “Say Yes” doesn’t only feature appearances by Kelly Rowland and Beyoncé Knowles, but solo vocals and screen time as well. The setting is beautiful for each of their parts, with a lush green landscape and bright white ensembles.
The song is a remake of a Nigerian praise anthem and is the first single from Williams’ upcoming album, Journey to Freedom.
“Working together with Destiny’s Child again was amazing,” Williams said today live on Good Morning America after the video debuted. “I am just so moved by this moment right now and to have my girls on there.”
On the Run
