Materials:

— pipe cleaners, assorted colors

— feathers

— colored card stock

Tools:

— scissors

— black brush pen

— circle paper punch

— hot glue gun

Instructions:

1. Twist two pipe cleaners together so they intertwine.

2. About one inch from the top, twist a loop into the pipe cleaner to create a flamingo face.

3. Form the pipe cleaner into a shape resembling the number two for the flamingo body. Use scissors to trim the pipe cleaner to look like flamingo legs.

4. With a hot glue gun, attach about three feathers to the “back” of the flamingo. Trim the excess feathers at the bottom.

5. To create a name tag, use a brush pen to write a name on colored card stock. Then punch it out with a circle punch.

6. Attach the name tag to the flamingo with a hot glue gun and hang it on a wine glass.
