Donald Trump Fat-Shames Pregnant Kim K. in Newly Resurfaced Video
Ugh! It’s seems like every day Donald Trump is embroiled in a new controversy. For instance, Hillary Clinton’s latest ad aimed to show just how dangerous Donald Trump is to girls and women alike. The first woman presidential nominee even decided to bring up Trump’s horrible “Miss Piggy,” “Miss Housekeeping” and “eating machine” comments about Alicia Machado, the 1996 winner of Miss Universe, during the last debate. On the heels of this, a video has just resurfaced of Donald Trump fat-shaming Kim Kardashian while she was pregnant with North West. Dude, NO!
While being interviewed on HLN’s Showbiz Tonight in 2013, Trump was asked about Kim registering for baby gifts when out of nowhere, the man who now wants to be president decided to comment on Kim’s size and maternity style. “She’s gotten a little bit large,” he said with absolutely no prompting, then added, “I would say this, I don’t think you should dress like you weigh 120 pounds.”
The reporter chose to defend Kim, saying, “Why not? She feels good about herself.” At which point, Donald decided to backtrack hard and totally change his tune with a quick (yet we assume insincere), “I think that’s great. If she feels good about herself, do it, Kim.”
Trump won’t have to worry about this losing him Kim’s vote, though, since she’s already publicly endorsed Hillary Clinton, saying on her website, “I found that without a doubt, I stand with Hillary. I’m with her. I believe Hillary will best represent our country and is the most qualified for the job. This year, I’m not just voting for myself, but also for my children, and I took that into careful consideration when I made my decision.”
