Donald Trump Made the Oscars Mistake All About Himself and You’ll Be Weirdly Impressed
There’s no denying that President Trump has a unique take on certain situations, and while the biggest mistake in Oscars history may have been one massive mix-up, Trump has managed to make the sitch about himself. Yep, Donald Trump thinks that the Oscars flub was directly related to him, and you’ll be weirdly impressed with his ability to make, well, anything about himself.
There’s no doubt that Trump was called out during the event, with host Jimmy Kimmel taunting the President throughout the show.
Hey @realDonaldTrump u up?

But while most saw this as a mere gag, President Trump apparently felt that the focus on him led to the sloppy scandal. “I think they were focused so hard on politics that they didn’t get the act together at the end,” he told Breitbart. “It was a little sad. It took away from the glamour of the Oscars. It didn’t feel like a very glamorous evening. I’ve been to the Oscars. There was something very special missing, and then to end that way was sad.”
It certainly wasn’t the expected way to end the awards ceremony, but it might be a bit of a stretch for President Trump to claim it was somehow about him.
