Draper James and Eloquii Just Partnered on the Plus Collection of Our Dreams
Reese Witherspoon knows what women want — and what they deserve. Megastar status aside, she’s also the founder and creative director of one of our favorite labels, Draper James, as well as one of the driving forces behind the Time’s Up movement for gender equality. Now, with that inclusivity in mind, Witherspoon‘s brand is walking the walk even further by partnering up with the trend masters at Eloquii on its first plus-size offering, Draper James for Eloquii. Because yes, all women deserve cute clothes.
Draper James for Eloquii consists of 30 styles, all in the type of vibrant hues, playful prints, and southern flair the label is known for. Ranging from $55 to $225, in sizes 12 through 28, the collection delivers in two drops cheekily named Escape Route and Hello Darling — and includes everything from gingham to sassy slogan tees to parrot print. And of course, there are plenty of girly details to go around.
So what spurred this collaboration? According to Witherspoon, it was the customers. “They’ve consistently asked for expanded sizing,” she said in a statement. “We were determined to set out to find the right partner to better serve her, which led us to Eloquii, a brand whose fashion and fit we love.”
And judging by the results, it looks like Eloquii loved them right back.”This collaboration is between two brands that share the same belief that all women deserve great fashion” says Eloquii’s Creative Director, Jodi Arnold. “We combined Draper James’ signature southern charm and added our modern twist and design expertise to produce a collection that I am sure our customer will love.”
Draper James for Eloquii will be available at Eloquii stores and on Eloquii.com, as well as DraperJames.com and RenttheRunway.com. Also, expect exclusive trunk show events at Draper James stores — no telling yet if Reese will show up, but a girl can dream.
