This Easter Chocolate Bark Recipe Is The Most Addictive Treat You Will Ever Make

This Easter chocolate bark is such a crowd pleaser that it’s guaranteed to disappear in minutes, and it also couldn’t be easier to make. It’s perfect for sharing, popping into an Easter basket, and indulging your funfetti obsession. Simply melt dark and white chocolate, mix together to create marbled chocolate bark, and add all the Easter themed candy you can think of — anything goes, from bunnies to chocolate, funfetti, sprinkles… simply let your imagination run wild.
Ingredients:
- 10 ounces dark chocolate
- 10 ounces white chocolate
- pastel sprinkles
- mini chocolate eggs
- mini chocolate bunnies
- Smarties, M&Ms, or whatever candy takes your fancy!
Instructions:
- Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and put in a bowl. Place over a pot of simmering water (double boiler) and allow to gradually melt, stirring until smooth.
- Repeat the process with the white chocolate.
- Line a large tray with greaseproof paper. Spread the dark chocolate into a rectangular shape and allow to cool slightly.
- Carefully pour the white chocolate over the dark.
- Use a chopstick to blend the two, creating a marbled pattern.
- Before the chocolate hardens, add your decorations, starting with the largest ones.
- Continue with the smaller candy and the sprinkles.
- Leave to harden at room temperature for 3-4 hours.
- Break the bark into smaller pieces. Put into treat bags or eat immediately.
