Ella Moss Just Got a Whole New (Denim-Centric) Look

SoCal label Ella Moss made a name for itself as the go-to for easy maxi dresses and other flowy knits in the mid 2000s. Celebs like Nicole Richie, Ashley Greene, and Sophia Bush flocked to the brand for its breezy boho-casual vibe and ultra-comfortable pieces. Now, the collection known for its T-shirt-inspired aesthetic is getting a makeover — and adding denim to the mix. (Finally!)

In fact, the jeans are more than just an add-on. The new Ella Moss is described in a brand release as a “purist denim brand inspired by art, culture, and travel [and] celebrating and embracing life’s experiences.” We’re feeling it. The collection includes artisan-like pieces including a patchwork denim mini skirt, embroidered and two-tone jeans, a frayed denim shirt-jacket, and more, in addition to core basics like high-rise skinny jeans and flares in multiple washes.

Of course, the addition of denim doesn’t mean the staples that made Ella Moss so beloved are gone. There are a whole new slew of essentials like striped bow-sleeve tees, boxy sweatshirts, and T-shirt maxi dresses to pair with your new favorite blues. Retailing from $60 to $130 at stores including Dillard’s, Belk, Lord & Taylor, and Anthropologie.com, we’re pretty sure you’ll find the new Ella Moss is like reconnecting with an old friend — one who just happens to look better than ever.
