Emma Stone Makes Three Hair Color Transformations in One Month
Emma Stone is certainly keeping busy these days, with a new Disney live-action flick in the works, as well as various other projects in pre- and post-production… which may be why she’s been making some pretty drastic transformations in a surprisingly short amount of time. The naturally blonde actress (yep, blonde, not red) has made three striking hair color swaps in the span of just one month. Take a peek below and decide which shade you think suits Emma the best.
May 2 – Brunette: First sporting the brunette look around town, the darker hair definitely hinted at her new role in the 101 Dalmatians remake, Cruella, where Emma will be playing the title role. She kept the look for a few weeks, showing up at this year’s Manus x Machina: Fashion in an Age of Technology Met Gala with a look that was all about the white dress against deep, dark tones, with her brown locks matching the bronze-rose-adorned leather corset piece.

May 22 – Blonde: Past mid-May, Emma was spotted with platinum blonde hair with bangs and a bob that gave her a totally Taylor Swift-ish look. Considering her next move, we could assume this was a lightening step that gave her hair a few days to rest and recuperate before making her final transformation of the month.
Now – Back to Red: Back to her signature shade, Emma has returned to the red that made her such a stand-out beauty in the first place. While not her natural color, it’s certainly the look she’s adopted as her own, and no doubt she pulls it off 100 percent.
