We love subtle ways to add personality into our spaces, whether it's understated movie posters or custom artwork. Color palettes, textures, and aesthetics reflect what you love and add a personal touch to your interior design.
Chasing Paper and Chicago artist Keeley Shaw recently collaborated on enneagram-inspired wallpaper designs, and considering we love anything and everything inspired by the enneagram, we can't get enough of the beautiful artwork. Plus, a portion of the proceeds from every purchase will be donated to the mental health awareness nonprofit Active Minds. Keep scrolling for the inside scoop on how each type inspired the art.
Keeley Shaw x Chasing Paper Enneagram Wallpapers
No. 1 - Birds Eye View
No. 2 - In Bloom
Type tows "become nurturers to their people and make them feel safe to grow — everything that they touch turns to love," Shaw says. The image of a hand holding a flower up is the perfect way to show how enneagram twos always put others' growth before their own.
No. 3 - Green Plants
"Green Plants is inspired by enneagram threes because of their larger-than-life presence," Shaw says. Threes are all about finding the best version of themselves and striving to grow, and this houseplant print showcases their focus on growth. "They are bold, unafraid of taking up space and are dreamers whose will to succeed and see others win is unmatched."
No. 4 - Heartbeat
No. 5 - Typewriter
"Typewriter is inspired by enneagram fives, who spend most of their time inside of their own heads," Shaw says. Enneagram fives love learning, and they aren't afraid to speak the truth in their own way. "Getting to know an enneagram five is as captivating as the carefully constructed text from a typewriter."
No. 6 - On The Vine
This vine print is a simple and beautiful reflection of the way this loyal type loves stability and establishing deep roots in their relationships. "Enneagram sixes, who hold everything together, are similar to the intricate shoots of a vine," Shaw says. "They create safe places to land for their people."
No. 7 - Disco
"Disco is inspired by enneagram sevens, who are always ready to seize the moment, bring color to a room and make everything a bit more sparkly," Shaw says. "The life of the party, there's nothing that encapsulates enneagram sevens like colorful disco balls." Sevens bring light and life to everything around them, just like disco balls!
No. 8 - Seaside
"Enneagram eights carry a power that is best described by the sea," Shaw says. "Their presence is both captivating and impactful, and they are a force for justice, action, and connection." Type eights aren't afraid of conflict and face the stormy seas of life headfirst.
No. 9 - Upside
Enneagram nines are peaceful and comforting, and they offer us a glimpse of goodness. "They surround people with a gentle peace that makes them feel free to be themselves, and seem to always be searching for completeness, even though they’ve always been whole," Shaw says.
