4 Afternoon Snack Recipes, Made Using 4 Ingredients!
We’ve all been there. You’re going about your day and then all of a sudden, BAM… the mid-afternoon snack attack hits! Bummer, right? Well, we’re here to help you fight the hanger. We teamed up with our friends at Triscuit to dream up four afternoon snack recipes that can be whipped up in a flash.
Triscuit crackers are the base for two of these recipes. We added our creative touch to ‘em with fun toppings and spreads. PLUS, we’re all about simplicity, so you only need four ingredients to make each recipe. Snack time is about to get *good*, guys.

Ingredients:
Grape + Goat Cheese Crackers
– TRISCUIT Original Crackers
– goat cheese
– red grapes
– balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
Spread goat cheese on a Triscuit cracker. Top with one grape, cut in half. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
Turkey Tortilla Roll-Ups
– whole wheat tortillas
– green leaf lettuce
– sliced turkey
– sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Place one piece of lettuce on top of a tortilla. Top with turkey and a few slices of cheese. Roll up and cut into slices. Enjoy!
Pro tip: You can always amp these up with a little cream cheese or mayo.
Mediterranean Hummus Bites
Ingredients:
– TRISCUIT Original Crackers
– hummus
– kalamata olives
– parsley
Instructions:
Spread hummus on a Triscuit cracker. Top with a sprig of parsley and half of one kalamata olive. Enjoy!

Almond Butter Fruit Stacks
Ingredients:
– strawberries
– bananas
– almond butter
– mini chocolate chips
Instructions:
Place one strawberry slice on top of one banana slice. Drizzle with almond butter. Sprinkle a few mini chocolate chips on top. Enjoy!
