Be a (Snow) Queen in This “Frozen”-Inspired Wedding Gown
Okay, here’s a confession. We still need our Disney fix now and then, and thankfully we have been able to get it and enjoy it with the rest of the world thanks to Frozen. We even have our plus ones hooked! Well, maybe not, but they’ll tolerate our marathon viewing sessions, sing-a-longs and dress-ups.
The point is, we dig the uplifting story of these two strong and beautiful women who embody everything about the princesses we wanted to be when we were kids. So excuse us while we freak out a bit over Alfred Angelo’s new wedding dress collection, inspired by Frozen and the Snow Queen Elsa.
The Frozen-themed gown features stitched snowflake motifs and an elegant train that’s reminiscent of Elsa’s transformation on the mountain. It’s part of a collaboration between Angelo and Disney, to be officially debuted at New York Bridal Week. But we have a sneak peek for you here.
Isn’t it stunning? We love the shimmering, ice-like embroidery on the bodice, which calls for nothing more than a simple hairstyle and some wintery (possibly Frozen-inspired ;) makeup. Whether you wear for a winter wedding or not, the moment you step into it, we imagine you’ll have a hard time letting go of feeling like a true queen.
