Whether or not you’re preparing for bikini season or packing for a road trip, these easy fruity, frozen yogurt bites are the perfect snack for you! Chock full of fruit and protein from the Greek yogurt, it’s definitely friendly on the waist. What’s even better, if they melt on the road, they’re the perfect yogurt parfait.
Ingredients:
– 2 cups honey greek yogurt (or whatever flavor you prefer)
– 1 cup canned fruit without the syrup, or fresh fruit
– Tools: ice cube tray
Chop your fruit if it wasn’t already diced. Make sure it’s small enough to fit into the ice cube tray. Then, mix together the fruit and yogurt, pop into ice cube tray, and freeze. Yup, it’s that easy!
