Get Ready to *Swoon* Over This Romantic Desert Elopement
We’re getting some *serious* romantic vibes from this black and white desert elopement shoot. From the gorgeous rock backdrop to the chic palette and sweet couple, this wedding was definitely worth the hike. And with the help of photographer Lucy Munoz, it turned out to be the perfect combo of minimalist everything — decor, dress, and location. Scroll on to learn more about this amazing day and get inspired for your own nuptials.
Munoz tells us, “We took off on a day trip heading toward the Sierra Pelona Mountains, and ended up in Vasquez Rocks. We wanted a desert vibe for an inspired elopement shoot. It just so happened (to our surprise) that the day before the shoot, Daniel proposed to Lizbeth! It was so amazing, as she was still on cloud nine. We were ecstatic to be able to document such an important time in their life as they were still so incredibly excited from the night before.”
Who knew bridal beauty could be so effortless? Just throw on a two-piece black and white number for an awe-inspiring look to fall in love with. The bride is wearing a Galia Lahav tulle skirt, paired with this beautiful Mac Duggal couture beaded top. Hair and Makeup Yolanda did a beautiful twisted updo in addition to natural-looking makeup.
Indigo and Plum created the most beautiful florals for the day, and also a gorgeously styled tablescape to go with it. The fabulous invites and calligraphy were all done by Charley Paper Company. Lastly, Sweet Layers created a very clean two-tiered cake with a feather emblem.
