‘Gilmore Girls’ Alum Sean Gunn Is Engaged to Natasha Halevi!
Kirk is officially off the market! Sean Gunn, best known for playing the lovably eccentric Gilmore Girls local Kirk Gleason, is engaged to girlfriend Natasha Halevi. The pair announced the news on their Instagram accounts on Monday, June 18.
“I asked @tashalitas to marry me and she said yes. Or to be more precise she said, ‘a million times,'” he wrote on Instagram, along with a photo of his bride-to-be kissing him on the cheek and a picture of her stunning diamond ring.
Halevi also shared the news on her Instagram account, posting a photo of herself and Gunn sharing a sweet moment. “Wrote a long thing, but, instead…WE’RE ENGAGED YOU GUYS,” she wrote excitedly.
Gunn popped the question in Kyoto, Japan, where, according to Instagram, they’ve been for the past couple of weeks.
The actor, who most recently starred as Kraglin in the Guardians of the Galaxy films, has been candid about sharing his affection and admiration for Halevi since the pair started dating in 2017, often posting sweet notes about her on social media.
“2017 was tricky for the planet, but personally it was probably the best I’ve had, mostly because I met @tashalitas,” he captioned a pic of the pair on New Year’s Day. “Here’s to finding joy in 2018.”
Seems like his mission was accomplished. Congrats to the happy couple!
