Pomegranate Ginger Beer Cocktail Ingredients
Serves 1
- 4 ounces extra dry vermouth
- 3 tablespoons pomegranate juice (or liqueur if you can find it)
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
- Ice
- Ginger beer, to top
- Orange peel, for garnish
Directions
Pour the vermouth, pomegranate juice or liqueur, orange bitters, pomegranate seeds, and ice into a shaker cup and stir the mixture lightly until the cup is chilled. Add ice to your cocktail glass of choice, then pour the drink mixture over the ice, leaving some room at the top.
Top the drink off with a splash of ginger beer and garnish the glass with an orange peel. You can add more pomegranate seeds to the top of the drink, for a finishing touch. Serve immediately!
