The Golden Globes are (arguably) the second biggest night in Hollywood, bringing together faves from film and TV. All of those stars means lots of glamour, which probably means lots of time with a glam squad. It takes a crew (and lots of hairspray, eyeliner and Spanx) to make the best red carpet dress list.
