Make These Grilled Cheese Roll-Ups for the Ultimate Comfort Food Fix
Who doesn’t love a good grilled cheese? Bread, cheese and butter — griddled to melty perfection… you can’t go wrong! Lately, we’ve been seeing grilled cheese roll-ups *all* over Pinterest. So what’s all the hype about? Read on to see!
Ingredients:
— white bread
— sharp cheddar cheese
— salted butter
Instructions:
1. Add 1-2 tablespoons of butter to a large skillet and preheat over medium heat. Use a rolling pin to roll out each piece of bread until it’s very thin. Slice cheese. Place a few slices of cheese on each piece of bread. Carefully roll up each piece of bread.
2. Place your bread rolls seam-side down in the preheated skillet. Cook until golden brown and cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove from heat. Slice in half and serve with tomato soup!
