Hailey Baldwin Just Rocked a Shower Curtain Trench Coat and Made It Look Surprisingly… Cool?
When it comes to fashion, Hailey Baldwin plays by her own rules: a fact she made abundantly clear when she recently rocked sneakers to a wedding. Yet whether she’s stealing the show in pretty-in-pink locks or making us envious of her supes cute minimalist tattoos, the 20-year-old never seems to skip a style beat.
Last night proved to be no exception, as the model hit the town with singer/model Justine Skye, together dressed as space Barbies from Battlestar Galactica for a galactic cowboy birthday party. “I love a theme,” the girls’ stylist, Maeve Reilly, wrote.

Donning her clients in Mymum_MadeIt shorts, MSMG tearaway pants, and thigh-high metallic Balenciaga boots, she finished off Skye’s look with a chain halter and matching choker, while Baldwin’s was topped off with a long, see-through Haizhen Wang trench that, quite frankly, resembled a shower curtain.
And yet somehow… it worked?

Posting a shot of herself as seen from the back, we have to hand it to her: It’s kind of awesome. Not only is she covered should a rain storm occur, but she actually looks kind of badass. (We’re loving those blue buns, too.)

Once inside the Peppermint Club, the model ditched the cape in favor of a sequined sports bra and silky basketball shorts as she posed with Skye (and, reportedly, NBA player Jordon Clarkson — the same one who was once linked to BFF Kendall Jenner). “Get you a girl who looks at you the way I look at @justineskye,” Baldwin joked.
It’s official: She’s the absolute coolest.
Would you wear a PVC trench coat on the town? Tell us over @BritandCo.
