This Heinz Super Bowl Ad Is the Cute Dog Commercial You’ve Been Waiting For
Thanks to the Internet, we now don’t even need to wait until Superbowl Sunday to enjoy the best part about the major sporting event: the commercials. Yesterday brought us an ad that depicted a town where literally every man looks like Ryan Reynolds and today Heinz has gifted us the ultimate dog video. Folks, below you’ll find one-minute of pure cuteness bliss as a stampede of wiener dogs joyfully run through a field dressed as what other than tiny hot dogs.
Aptly titled “Wiener Stampede” the commercial features not only close to 100 pups dressed in hilarious costumes, there are also humans dressed as giant ketchup bottles. And because ketchup and hot dogs go together like, well… ketchup and hot dogs, the ad concludes with the most joyous reunion ever.
Does this make us feel a little weird about our plan to chow down on four barbecued hot dogs on Sunday? Okay, fine. Maybe a little bit. But the good news is we still have five days to come to terms with the fact that that is just a unavoidable thing that happens on Superbowl Sunday.
