How to Make Pizza With All Those Thanksgiving Leftovers

Ingredients:
– 1 pound ready-to-bake pizza dough
– 3/4 cup mashed sweet potatoes or yams
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/4 cup sliced turkey
– 1/4 cup roasted Brussels sprouts
– cranberry sauce
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet. Roll your pizza dough into a 12-inch round. Place on baking sheet.
2. Spread the sweet potatoes over your crust. Top with shredded cheese, turkey and Brussels sprouts. Bake for 20-22 minutes, until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
3. Cut pizza into slices. Top with cranberry sauce. Enjoy!
