IKEA’s Colorful New Collab Will Leave You Ready for a Home Makeover
Springtime is always about spring cleaning and updating our closets with the latest spring fashion trends. But what do you do with your place once you’ve cleared out all the unused stuff and are ready for a little splash of color? We always love the looks at IKEA, and now we have more reason than ever with their newest design collaboration with UK clothing designer Katie Eary.
The designer teased us with an Instagram pic a few weeks ago, and the look of her collaboration is magical. With bright, popping colors, animals and whimsy, this is nothing short of perfect for spring.
Then the company gave us another teaser with the first ever IKEA fashion show, showcasing pieces from their pairing with Eary, called GILTIG. The collection offers your standard household items for the kitchen and living room, and includes limited-edition items that will be harder to come by depending on where you live, like lampshades and fabric bags.
With their tagline THIS IS YOUR INVITATION TO LIVE LOUDER, the GILTIG collection in collaboration with Katie Eary is the gorgeous pop of wild fun you’ll need to liven up your place this spring. But with IKEA warning it’ll only be around for a few weeks, we’re thinking it’s probably best to head over and pick some of this stuff up ASAP.
