Check Out These 4 Festive Must-Try DIYs for an Unforgettable Friendsgiving
Friendsgiving is probably one of the greatest celebrations this season, because you get to spend time with your closest friends — who are really your chosen family. And for you social butterflies, you’ll probably end up hosting one of your own get-togethers. With that said, how do you elevate something that will set your Friendsgiving celebration apart from all the other ones that have been done again and again?
We partnered with IZZE® to put a refreshing twist on Friendsgiving with a DIY sangria bar and three decor projects for a standout event. IZZE® is one of our favorite mixers to brighten any cocktail or drink. And with flavors like IZZE® Sparkling Pomegranate or IZZE® Sparkling Clementine, they’re really nailing the spirit of the season. Check out below to see how to craft the perfect details for a totally memorable and toast-worthy Friendsgiving. Cheers!
DIY Sangria Bar
Sure, you could make sangria ahead of time, but why not make it an interactive and customizable part of your party?
Set out a selection of IZZE® flavors to mix with either red or white wine. Our secret, not-so-secret fave combo is Sparkling Pomegranate with red sangria, and the Sparkling Clementine makes an oh-so-amazing white sangria.
For a more seasonal sangria, set out some earthy spices like cinnamon sticks, nutmeg and cloves.
Let your guests zest up their drink with different combinations.
And lastly, don’t forget about some fruity garnishes. Oranges, pears, apples and strawberries make a colorful addition to any glass.
