Jennifer Lawrence’s ‘Red Sparrow’ Premiere Gown Was Fit for a Golden Goddess
Leave it to Jennifer Lawrence to turn a movie premiere red carpet into a catwalk! The resourceful fashionista has been on tour promoting her latest film, Red Sparrow, this week, and the gown she donned at her European premiere was one that gave the runways of London Fashion Week a run for their money.
The 27-year-old lit up the night in a gold sequined frock from Dior, for which she is also a spokeswoman. The stunning design featured a plunging neckline, a fitted waist, and a flowing floor-grazing skirt, which, if you look closely, cascaded into a myriad of pink and blue sequins that made for a gorgeous sherbet rainbow effect.
The Passengers actress finished the look off with tight, voluminous ringlets with a dead-center part — a departure from her usually sleek, straight locks. For makeup, she sported kohl-rimmed eyes accented with hints of rose gold and bronze shadow on her upper and lower lids, respectively. Needless to say, this gilded hues tied in *perfectly* with the twinkly dress.
The following morning, Lawrence showed off yet another head-turner in a spy-worthy black gown with a plunging neckline (we’re sensing a theme here!) and a thigh-high slit. The bombshell even added a thematic touch with a pair of aviator shades.
Whew! Here’s to hoping the fashion in the *actual* film is as stunning as the looks from the tour. Catch Lawrence in Red Sparrow on March 2.
