That Burger King Ad Was Just the Beginning of the Jersey Shore Reunion
If you were bummed that the Jersey Shore cast’s big on-screen reunion lasted just over five (glorious) minutes and came in the form of a Burger King ad spot, boy, do we have some news for you! As luck would have it, it was reportedly just a taste of what’s to come.
E! has enlisted your favorite fist-pumpers for an all new reality show titled Reunion Road Trip, which will see them returning to their beloved shore to relive old memories, catch up, and just grace us with their presence/camaraderie in general.
The shots of the ladies together as seen on Nicole “Snooki” LaValle’s Instagram feed, which have had fans buzzing for weeks now (no doubt thanks to that “REUNION TIME!” caption), were actually taken during their TV reunion, which will serve as the pilot episode of the series.
With Ronnie Ortiz-Magro (who was absent from the Burger King ad due to shooting conflicts for his other current show, Famously Single) already a member of the E! family, we’re willing to bet he’ll also be featured in the new docuseries, making the set of seven friends complete.
W’re delighted by the news, with burning questions galore. Do Ron and Sammi Sweetheart get along these days? Will Pauly D’s lady Aubrey O’Day be making an appearance? Will we get to see Deena’s impending wedding?
Guess we’ll just have to tune in to find out!
