Jessica Biel Uses an $18 a Month Yoga App to Stay Fit and So Can You
Jessica Biel’s face is everywhere lately for her return to TV in USA Network’s much-anticipated thriller The Sinner. Between promoting her new show, running her family friendly restaurant Au Fudge, and also being mom to her two-year-old son Silas, Biel needs a fitness regimen that’s as flexible as she is. To stay fit, the star revealed in her first Reddit AMA that her fave workout is… an app?
For workouts on-the-go, the 35-year-old turns to a yoga streaming service/app called YogaGlo to keep her on track. “There’s a website called yogaglo.com — it’s basically like a monthly membership where you have access,” Biel wrote. “You can do it all, anytime, anywhere.” She uses it to keep both her body and mind in shape.
YogaGlo is a database of classes that offers a range of difficulties, types of flow, time, and instructors. For $18 a month, you get access to 4,000 classes. Times range from five to 120 minutes, and there are options for people of all fitness levels and abilities with all different types of goals.
The service offers 11 types of yoga taught by 38 different teachers. Like Biel mentioned, you can do it anywhere. Feel like you’re in the studio, but stream the classes on iOS and Android devices as well as computers and TVs. The service also offers meditation, so it’s literally zen at your fingertips.
No fancy trainers here. You can reach your fitness goals in the comfort of your own home — or wherever you want to downward dog!
