Joanna Gaines’ New Home Collab Will Spruce Up Your Space for Spring
Whether you’re an HGTV addict or home DIY junkie, one thing’s for sure: Fixer Upper‘s Chip and Joanna Gaines are serious relationship, life, and everything goals. Their huge success can be linked to their down-to-earth vibes, silly attitude, and all-star home design skills. And with four seasons of their hit show down, the Silos and Magnolia Market opening, and *four* kids to keep track of, you’d think they’d be pretty maxed out, right? Nope! Chip and JoJo are collaborating with all kinds of well-known brands to make fixing up your own home even easier. Joanna’s latest project with KILZ Brand is making it easier than ever to highlight the unique charm and design details of flea market finds. We got to test out the product in Waco, TX, and can agree that it’s just the thing you need to add a little color and character to your everyday.
The Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines Chalk Style Paint is available in 44 shades — ranging from Shiplap to Dark Moon — and is great for small DIY projects around the house, your plain ol’ walls, or even your hand-me-down dresser that’s in need of a little TLC. With this many colors to choose from, the new paint line can go with any palette or decor scheme.
Similar to other Chalk Paints, Joanna’s new line can be used with a clear or acrylic wax to bring a little more vintage look to your home, sans those antique prices. Joanna recommends using it on a variety of properly prepared uncoated or painted interior surfaces, including old and new wooden furniture, cast stone, concrete, and metal.
Beginning in late spring, the Chalk Style Paint ($29 per quart) can be ordered and shipped directly to consumers’ homes from MagnoliaMarket.com. Or if you’re looking for a fun little weekend adventure, head to the Magnolia Market at the Silos — it is a serious decor lover’s dream!
