Emily Blunt, John Krasinski List Brooklyn Townhouse for $8 Million
One of Hollywood’s so-cute-you-can-barely-stand-it couples is selling their so-amazing-you-can-barely-believe-it Brooklyn home in the Park Slope neighborhood. John Krasinski and Emily Blunt purchased the 5200-square-foot, four-story limestone townhouse in 2016 for $6 million and listed it earlier this month for $8 million. Continue on to see their digs, then head over to Trulia to check out the rest of the six-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom beauty.
Krasinski and Blunt renovated the entire townhouse before moving in, but kept many of its original details, like the beautiful crown molding, millwork, and stained glass windows. In the middle parlor, built-in bookshelves flank a cozy wood-burning fireplace.
The kitchen has plentiful room for aspiring and skilled chefs to cook, but let’s admit it, even boiling a pot of water for ramen would be a joy in this space. With its floor-to-ceiling windows and skylight that spans the length of the room, it’s a kitchen we wouldn’t mind doing dishes in.
To anyone and everyone who has ever lived in NYC, outdoor space is at a HIGH premium. This spacious yard is big enough for entertaining, barbecuing, and lounging, and has plenty of privacy.
