Just in case your holiday season wasn’t packed with enough engagement and proposal photos, we have one more celebrity engagement ring to swoon over for you. But this one doesn’t belong to that girl from high school who you randomly stalk every now and again. This one belongs to the leading lady who stole our hearts in 10 Things I Hate About You, the one and only Julia Stiles.
34-year-old actress took to Instagram earlier today to share the exciting news alongside the caption, “Best Christmas Ever!” Stiles is engaged to camera assistant Preston J. Cook who popped the question in the tropical paradise, Isla Grande in Colombia. From the looks of the sunset and sea in the background, it appears as though the two wanted a photo that would aptly capture the spirit of the moment.
After taking in the news and idyllic snap, our eyes immediately zeroed in on that ring. Unlike Anna Camp’s flashy engagement ring we shared earlier today, Stile’s bling is much more subtle and modern. In fact, we wouldn’t be surprised if Cook snagged this modern pick from cool girl jewelry boutique Catbird. Congrats to the happy couple!
