You Won’t Believe How Long It Took to Do Julianne Hough’s Post-Wedding Hair

For many women, their wedding is one of the biggest days in their lives, so naturally, they want to look their very best. We already knew that Julianne Hough was a total knockout at her nature-filled ceremony last week (just ask her new hubs, Brooks Laich!), but ICYMI it, girl looked equally stunning for her reception thanks to a breezy hairstyle that took (gasp!) 10 minutes.

As Hough’s hairstylist, Riawna Capri, shared on Instagram, the transition from formal wear to party-mode was a total cinch. Switching from the sleek ballerina bun the actress, dancer, and singer wore for her ceremony to a wavy faux bob that would allow her to let her hair down (literally) for the after-party was a move the pair decided upon last minute, with the alternate being an actual chop (a move the DWTS judge apparently considered).

😍😍😍 I've done Jules hair hundreds of times, literally, and haven't repeated the same look twice 😏 So you can imagine, doing her wedding hair could get slightly, confusing, what to do!? 🤷🏻‍♀️ Debating on cutting it for the reception, we decided to go with a #fauxbob days before. Turns out, Hough knows best. “Not only was she right; [this] might be the best 10 min ‘do I’ve ever done,” Capri wrote.
