The Kardashian-Jenners take the holidays very seriously. Seeing their lavish decor take over social media is tradition at this point (Kim even fiercely warned her family not to copy her ideas), and their annual family Christmas card is something to look forward to every year. But for 2017, they’re doing things a little differently: Each day in the month of December, Kim, who took over card duties this year, has been unveiling a new image in a “25 Days of Christmas” photo series, giving us a glimpse into the life of the growing KarJenner family.

On Friday, December 1, Kim posted the first in the series, a pic showing her two-year-old son, Saint West, standing among a pile of brown kraft-paper wrapped gifts with a massive, undecorated Christmas tree nearby. Additional pictures followed on December 2 and 3.

The photos, taken by photographer Eli Linnetz, show a much more minimalist take on the season, a massive departure for the ultra-festive family. Check out the 25 Days of Christmas photo series below, updated daily with the latest pic.

Day 1: Two-year-old Saint West stands in his adorable little blue jeans with a pile of presents.

Day 2: Four-year-old North West looks up at her mom, Kim, who, along with one of her sisters, is cropped out from the neck up. A very Calabasas Christmas style emerges in this pic: distressed, light-blue denim paired with crisp white tees and tanks.

Day 3: A solo shot of three-year-old Reign Disick, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick’s youngest, takes day three in the series.

Day 4: North appears in her second shot of the series sitting and smiling beside her mom, Kim.

Day 5:Birthday boy Saint takes center stage again.

Day 6: On the sixth day of Christmas, the Kardashians gave to us … Kourtney and her kids!

Day 7: Kim and North share a sweet moment on day seven.

Day 8: North, Saint, and all the denim.

Day 9: Mason and Dream!

Day 10: Penelope is growing up so fast.

Day 11: Kanye makes his first appearance!

Day 12: Kendall joins the fun.
