Katy Perry Just Gave Hillary Clinton the Most Bad Ass Birthday Present

In a tale of unusual besties, Katy Perry and Hillary Clinton had some serious girl (power) time yesterday during Clinton’s rally in Iowa. In fact, these two girl bosses didn’t just hang out, Katy took over Hillary’s Instagram account while Hillary met with the fine of people of Des Moines. Perry shared her epic patriotic nail art, her American flag cape, a selfie with the presidential candidate and best of all, a peek at the birthday gift she bought for Hillary (who turns 68 today).
In an Instagram captioned, “My birthday gift to fellow Scorpio, Hillary, says it all. -Katy” Perry shared a snap of a gold necklace with the acronym “POTUS” (AKA President of the United States) written on it.
Hillary already won the Internet’s memes for a day with her sassy refusal to comment on her email debacle during the recent democratic debate. We’re thinking this might just be the perfect accessory for Hillary to wear if she’s looking to wow the public yet again while also intimating her running mates during the next public face-off.
