October 14, 2017 marked the 10-year anniversary of Keeping Up With the Kardashians' first-ever episode. Since then, we've watched the Kardashian and Jenner crew's real-time evolution from aspiring socialites on the edge of the mainstream to arguably the most dominant figures in pop culture. And while it's difficult now to remember an era when the family wasn't everywhere all the time, things were very different a decade ago. Click through the slideshow to see the E! stars then and now. Kris Jenner, Then: When KUWTK premiered in 2007, we got a tease of how pro "momager" Kris would come to promote and support all of her children. At the time, though, she was primarily overseeing Kim’s burgeoning media career. She was also married to former Olympic gold medalist Caitlyn Jenner (then known as Bruce), whose public speaking career was spearheaded by Kris. (Photo via Alberto E. Rodriguez/Getty Images)
Kris Jenner, Now: Kris now manages all six kids' brands and businesses, and has transformed them from KUWTK players into multi-millionaire pop-culture juggernauts through product endorsements, social media, beauty and fashion brands, apps, and much more. She divorced Caitlyn in 2014, and started dating Corey Gamble the same year. (Photo via Neilson Barnard/Getty Images for Race to Erase MS)
Kourtney Kardashian, Then: Prior to KUWTK, Kourtney, the eldest Kardashian/Jenner kid, appeared on the first and only season of another E! reality series called Filthy Rich: Cattle Drive. When KUWTK started, she co-owned and was running DASH, the clothing boutique she started with sisters Kim and Khloe Kardashian. She had been dating Scott Disick for just a year at the time. Kourtney Kardashian, Now: Though she's less involved in the day-to-day of DASH, Kourtney was revealed in season 13 to be the sister most in favor of keeping the stores open — for sentimental reasons. As far as her personal life goes, Kourtney and Scott officially broke up in July 2015 but continue to co-parent their three children (and occasionally spark reconciliation rumors). Kourtney also remains the most belovedly sarcastic Kardashian. (Photo via Frederick M. Brown/Getty)
Kim Kardashian, Then: When the show first started, Kim was the most famous member of the family, having been in the spotlight as Paris Hilton's bestie and assistant, as well as for a leaked sex tape with ex-boyfriend Ray J. In 2011, a few years after KUWTK debuted, she married NBA player Kris Humphries in one of the most-viewed episodes of the show ever. Alas, they split after just 72 days. (Photo via Alberto E. Kim Kardashian West, Now: Kim has been happily married to Kanye West for three years, and together they have two children (North and Saint), with a reported third on the way via surrogate. Following a traumatic gunpoint robbery in Paris in October 2016, Kim made some drastic lifestyle changes, including a three-month disappearance from social media. She's now a mobile mogul, makeup guru, and one of the most powerful media figures in the world. (Photo via Dimitrios Kambouris/Getty Images for Tom Ford)
Khloe Kardashian, Then: Khloe ran DASH with Kim and Kourtney when the show first started. In 2009, she married NBA player Lamar Odom after a whirlwind month-long romance. The pair starred in one of KUWTK's many spinoffs, Khloe and Lamar, but after Odom’s sustained drug abuse (which led to a coma and hospitalization in late 2015), they divorced. Khloe has taken turns on other TV shows over the years too, including a stint on season two of Celebrity Apprentice, co-hosting The X Factor with Mario Lopez, and her short-lived Kocktails With Khloe talk show. Khloe Kardashian, Now: Khloe's latest show, Revenge Body With Khloe Kardashian, will return for a second season after wrapping its first season in early 2017. Khloe also launched the Good American Denim line with fashion exec Emma Grede in 2016, and reportedly made $1 million in sales on the first day — though it wasn’t without controversy. She’s currently dating NBA player Tristan Thompson, and the two are rumored to be expecting a child together. (Photo via Dia Dipasupil/Getty)
Kendall Jenner, Then: Kendall was just 11 years old when KUWTK premiered. As she was so young at the time, her life didn’t play as much of a role in the early episodes of the show, but viewers did get to watch her grow up and into her love of fashion and modeling. Kendall Jenner, Now: Kendall is now one of the world's highest-paid models, walking runways in New York, Milan, and Paris, and appearing in countless ads and brand partnerships. She walked for Victoria's Secret in 2016, and has courted her share of controversy, including *that* widely controversial Pepsi ad. (Photo via Pascal Le Segretain/Getty)
Kylie Jenner, Then: Kylie, the youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner crew, was just nine years old when the show premiered. Not unlike older sis Kendall, Kylie wasn't heavily involved in early episodes, but we did see her burgeoning interests in fashion and beauty play out on the show. We’ll also never forget the infamous stripper-pole scene. (Photo via Donato Sardella/WireImage)
Kylie Jenner, Now: Kylie’s popularity has skyrocketed over the past few years, and her Kylie Cosmetics launch in 2015 all but cemented her as the heir to Kim’s social media throne. Kylie got her own spinoff series, Life of Kylie, which premiered in summer 2017. The 20-year-old is rumored to be expecting her first child with rapper Travis Scott in early 2018. Rob Kardashian, Then: Rob, the only Kardashian-Jenner son, was present in the earlier seasons of KUWTK as a business student and aspiring model. Rob branched out from the show to place second on season 13 of ABC's Dancing With the Stars, and in 2012, he launched his sock line, Arthur George. Around the same time, Rob disappeared from the spotlight for two years, battling depression and weight gain, and in 2015, he was hospitalized for diabetes. (Photo via Alberto E. Rodriguez/Getty)
Rob Kardashian, Now: Rob re-emerged in early 2016 with a very public — and eventually explosive — relationship with Blac Chyna. (Chyna has a son with rapper Tyga, who, at the time, was dating Rob’s youngest sister Kylie Jenner.) Rob and Chyna’s reality series, Rob & Chyna, debuted in September 2016, and in November 2016, they welcomed a daughter, Dream. Their relationship was up and down for months afterward, and they are no longer together. (Photo via Gabe Ginsberg/Getty)
Caitlyn Jenner, Now: After coming out as a trans woman in 2015, Caitlyn starred in her own reality series, I Am Cait, for two seasons. Her recent memoir, The Secrets of My Life, has caused tension among the family; her ex-wife Kris, as well as some of her ex-stepchildren, remain estranged. (Photo via Jamie McCarthy/Getty)
Scott Disick, Then: What would a Kardashian family recap be without Scott Disick? Scott had been with Kourtney for a year when the show started. Over the years, despite their three children and his desire to marry her, Scott’s hard-drinking, hard-partying ways ruined his relationship with Kourtney. He recently admitted she was the only woman he ever loved. (Photo via Frazer Harrison/Getty Images for Esquire)
Scott Disick, Now: Scott's partying seems to have slowed down some, but he hasn't abandoned his old ways completely. Recently, he’s been linked to 19-year-old Sofia Richie. (Photo via Mat Hayward/Getty Images for Sugar Factory American Brasserie)
