Kelly Clarkson Just Proved She’s the BEST at Pregnancy Announcements

Kelly Clarkson is pretty darn good at making pregnancy announcements. She even helped announce the pregnancy of Carolina Bermudez, a radio host in New York, by song this past March. Kelly and her husband Brandon Blackstock wed in 2013 and are already parents to one-year-old River Rose. And Kelly’s announcement last night about baby number two was truly epic. Currently on her Piece by Piece tour, Kelly broke down onstage at the Staples Center while singing the title track, which she’d written about her father.
She then got real with her audience by expressing her gratitude towards her husband. “Not everybody is born with a great dad or a great role model. I married such a great lover,” she said. THEN, CAME THE SURPRISE ANNOUNCEMENT. She said, “I was not planning on announcing this. I’m totally pregnant again.”
Naturally, the whole venue erupted in cheering.
