Khloe Kardashian’s New Denim Line Sold $1 Million Worth of Jeans in One Day
Finding the perfect pair of jeans is honestly the equivalent of a modern-day treasure hunt. It’s a daunting, often impossible-seeming task, but when you finally meet the leprechaun that leads to you the pot of gold, it’s instantly worth all the struggle endured. In this instance, Khloe Kardashian is our leprechaun. And the pot of gold is her new denim line Good American.
Good American, which was announced back in October, is sold online and at select Nordstrom locations. While the jeans have low-key been available for awhile, the brand is making headlines today because of a historic (and very Kardashian-esque) announcement: Good American made a whopping one million on its first day of sales. That makes Khloe’s new line the biggest denim launch in apparel history. Sorry, Levis.
The jeans come in three different styles: Good Legs (a skinny, cropped fit), Good Cuts (a tailored boyfriend style) and Good Waist (a high-waisted option). Everything is available from a size 00 to 24. So while it’s being marketed for “curvy girls,” that doesn’t necessarily mean plus-size only.
However, it does mean that Good American has very clearly filled a major gap in the market by creating a line that is tailored toward solving a fit issue that’s plagued girls with hips for a long time. The high-waisted style has sold out twice over since the October launch. And with the holidays just around the corner, we’re guessing it won’t be long until it does again.
If you want to see what all the hype is about, head over to Good American’s site to order yourself a pair. Because honestly, Christmas isn’t really Christmas until you get a gift for yourself, right?
