Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Are Reportedly Not Living Together Right Now

The Kanye West health saga continues and, just days after his release from hospital, new information suggests that Yeezy’s still got a long way to go before he reaches a full recovery.
A source tells PEOPLE magazine that while Kanye is no longer being hospitalized, he’s receiving outpatient medical care in an undisclosed residence that is separate from his family. That’s right: Kanye is NOT living with Kim and their two kids, three-year-old North and 11-month-old Saint.
“She is very worried about the kids being around Kanye,” says the source.
The source goes on to tell the magazine that “Kim still seems concerned but is supportive,” and that the family doesn’t know how long the outpatient care will continue.
Kanye was hospitalized in November for unspecified mental health concerns that threatened his safety. Earlier this week and following a Thanksgiving spent in hospital with Kim by his side, Kanye was released, with a devastated-looking Kim making a rare public appearance post-Paris robbery.
It’s been a tough fall for the Kardashian-Wests, and we hope they’re on their way to happier, healthier days.
