Kim Kardashian West Reveals Son Saint Was Hospitalized With Pneumonia
Between Khloé Kardashian revealing she’s six months pregnant to lots of family gatherings and some pretty epic gifts (nice work, Kanye!), the Kardashian Wests certainly had a celebratory holiday season. But it wasn’t all good times: Kim just revealed that son Saint West was recently hospitalized with pneumonia, and in an update on his health, she praised the little guy’s resilience as well as the health care workers who took care of him.
“My precious baby boy is so strong!” Kardashian West captioned a pic of herself holding her 2-year-old son close over the holidays. “After spending three nights in the hospital and seeing my baby get multiple IVs and hooked up to oxygen machines, our end of year was challenging.”
She then revealed that little Saint was suffering from pneumonia, and while he’s at home and resting now, she admitted that it was a scary time — and that they couldn’t have gotten through it without the health care workers who took care of her youngest.
“Pneumonia is so scary,” she continued. “I just want to thank every nurse and doctor out there who works so hard around the clock. We are so grateful for you all! He’s home and all better. He’s so resilient I’m sure he will still say the ambulance ride was cool! My strong Saint.”
As action-packed as their holidays were, things aren’t about to slow down for the Kardashian Wests, either. The couple is expecting their third child, a baby girl, via surrogate, reportedly any day now. And the youngest KarJenner sibling, Kylie, who was missing from this year’s family Christmas card, is said to be expecting — or possibly have already had! — her first child as well. Here’s to little Saint’s quick recovery so he can enjoy the time with his new little family members soon!
