— Colby Jack and Cheddar cheeses
— salt
— pepper
— lettuce
— hickory smoked bacon

— grilled onion
— pickles
Tools:
— stainless steel skillet

Instructions:
1. Roll the ground beef into small meatball-sized portions (should be slightly smaller than a golf ball).

5. Assemble the skewers as a deconstructed burger with your favorite toppings (could be lettuce, cherry tomatoes, grilled onion, spinach, pickles or bacon). Slide the skewer through the burger bite first, then place toppings on the rest of the skewer.
6. Dip in mustard, ketchup or Sriracha mayo and chow down on some awesome, adorable burger bites with all your Labor Day party guests!
