Lana Condor and Noah Centineo Just Confirmed the ‘To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before’ Sequel in an Adorable Video
After months of pleading from fans and weeks of rumors and reports, Lana Condor and Noah Centineo gave us the news we’ve been waiting for since August: The To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before sequel is officially on, and they’re almost as psyched as we are.
Condor shared the news in an adorable teaser video she and Centineo filmed for Netflix. In the clip, the Deadly Class actress is hard at work making her Christmas list — which includes chocolate chip cookies for TATBILB author Jenny Han — when Centineo FaceTimes her.
“Noah! I was literally just thinking about what to get you for Christmas,” she greets him. “By the way, if we are going to do this thing, we are going to need a new contract.”
Centineo interrupts in classic Peter Kavinsky fashion — “Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa” — before Condor clarifies that she means a “Christmas contract.”
Centineo’s first rule? That they watch A Christmas Prince and its sequel, A Christmas Prince: The Royal Wedding. Condor agrees, with one additional caveat: She gets to share the news of their own sequel. “I am so excited. It is officially official. We are making the To All the Boys sequel!” she says into the camera.
The video ends with a little tease about a character who will play a big part in the second movie. After saying goodbye to Centineo, Condor speaks to an unknown caller, telling them, “What?! You’re going to make the perfect John Ambrose.”
In the caption for the clip, which she posted to Instagram, she wrote, “It’s happening! So excited to announce #ToAllTheBoysSequel is coming soon…. let’s do this @ncentineo @jennyhan @toalltheboysnetflix @netflix”
