In July, Lauren Conrad welcomed her son Liam James with husband William Tell, and while she’s no stranger to the hard truths of being a new mom, Conrad is also taking the time to bask in all the adorable firsts. The Hills alum took little Liam to his first pumpkin patch this week, and the absolutely adorable pic is total family fall perfection.
Just in time for Halloween, Conrad dressed up Liam in a tiny, fuzzy lamb costume. “This little lamb had his first trip to the pumpkin patch today,” Conrad captioned the photo, which shows her holding and smiling at her son while sitting on a bale of hay surrounded by pumpkins (that match her on-trend burnt orange shirt, natch!).
Conrad said in a recent interview that she’s trying to capture as many moments as she can while Liam is still little. “I’m trying to take a monthly photo — all of the good moms do it — I’m really trying,” she said. “So I took it and I looked at it next to his one-month photo, and he had just changed. Like he was a completely different baby, and I was like, ‘Oh my God.'” We’d say this one’s a pretty good addition to the scrapbook.
Welcoming a baby and pumpkin patch visits aren’t the only firsts for Conrad this year — she recently launched a plus-size clothing collection with Kohl’s, full of velvety, shiny, and suede pieces that would look perfect in a fall photo shoot of their own.
