Lauren Conrad’s Beverly Hills Penthouse Is a Pinterest Dream Come True
Typically, when we get a sneak peek into a celebrity’s home, it’s just before they’ve moved in and put their stamp on the place (see Taylor Swift’s EPIC Tribeca penthouse), but it looks like today is our lucky day. Not only are we able to get a glimpse of Lauren Conrad’s insane Beverly Hills penthouse, but we also get to see how she decorated it. Looks like Christmas came early, folks.
The reality star-turned-entrepreneur recently put her Beverly Hills property up for sale for a casual $3.2 million. The two-bedroom, two-story space was totally remodeled by LC and features a 20-foot reclaimed brick wall, a custom spiral staircase and what might be the prettiest rooftop deck in all of LA.
This space is one of Conrad’s three homes in the LA area. She already own places in Laguna Beach and Brentwood, and most recently purchased a $4.4 million home in the Pacific Palisades.
The space, which Lauren purchased back in 2012, looks kind of like the most epic bachelorette pad ever. Full of bright pops of color and feminine details, the penthouse manages to have that girly charm LC is known for while still maintaining a sophisticated, girl boss sort of vibe. We’ll put it this way — we wouldn’t be surprised to see this as a leading lady’s on-screen apartment in a Hollywood film.
The master suite features a boutique-inspired closet, a spa-like master bath and even a separate sitting room set behind sliding barn-style doors.
As if the cozy interiors weren’t enough, the space also features a rooftop deck that is just begging to play host to a summertime soirée, with marble floors and a daybed that’s perfect for catching those LA rays. Please excuse us while we go empty our piggy banks. Anyone want to go halfsies?
