Lauren Conrad is a woman of many talents. The 29-year-old California girl is a former reality TV star, author, business woman, fashion designer and apparently a budding real estate mogul. Her newest property? A modest $4.4 million dollar mansion in the Pacific Palisades.
For most, this one and a half acre property would be a dream come true on its own, but for LC, this is just one of her many LA properties. Conrad already owns homes in Laguna Beach, Brentwood and Beverly Hills. If you’re unfamiliar with LA geography, these are all within about an hour drive of each other at the most — Brentwood and the Pacific Palisades are actually only about four miles apart. But I guess when that LA traffic gets rough, it pays to have four different places you call home.
According to Variety, the newest addition to her portfolio is an 11-year-old mansion created in a mock Mediterranian style. Coming in at 5,900 square feet, the house consists of five bedrooms, five and a half baths, a giant walk-in closet and equally as spacious kitchen.
Head outside and you’ll find a pool (with a SLIDE) and ample yard space for lawn games and summer barbeques.
