How to Make Your Holiday Table Glow
You know we love to get our glow on here at Brit HQ, but sometimes candles and flowers are not the best of friends. They may look like a pretty pair, but the whole flammability thing can be kind of a drag, especially at Christmas dinner. Luckily, there are LED candles that look just like the real thing! With a few natural materials, you can create a gorgeous glowing centerpiece that won’t go up in flames.
Materials:
– dried flowers, twigs, pine needles (real or fake)
– LED candles (available on Amazon)
– vases or jars
The how-to for this is easy as pie. Simply place candles in vases, and decorate around the candles with your flowers, twigs, etc.
For the tall vase, we stacked two candles on top of each other (take that, real candles!). We then surrounded the candles with bright blue and purple fake flowers. So lovely.
Next, a more Christmas-y vibe with the pine needles and holly.
And finally, we had some dried lavender-looking flowers (though not actually lavender).
How fun are these vases?
Now turn the lights down and set the table. We love the golden glow that emanates from the whole centerpiece.
